First, let me start this update off by saying thank you to Nat, Becca, Katie, Chelsi, Jenna, Erin, Mel, and Paulina for signing the guestbook. I was nervous about posting the last of Starlight, as I always seem to be when I post an ending, but I’m glad so many of you enjoyed it. No plans for a sequel, and if I do happen to write anymore about any of those characters, it would probably just be a small side story or something.

This week I’m posting what I hope most of you have been anticipating and haven’t forgot about - Chapter One of Solace. I’ll be honest, this will probably be my last update for a while. I don’t think know that I’ll have time to reread the next chapter and get it sent off to Mel to beta before next week. I’m still really busy trying to get everything worked out for Orange Sky so that I’ll be set to go when November 1st rolls around.

On the bright side, the first chapter of Solace is a monster. It wound up being 26 pages, and there’s a lot in it, so I hope it will be enough to tide you over for a while. So I hope you enjoy the chapter. I’ve been very anxious to share it for a long time, so please let me know what you think! Enjoy!

I think some of you might have guessed this already, but I’ve posted the last of Starlight. Of course, you get the date in Chapter Fifty-Four, and the conclusion in the Epilogue. I hope you’ll enjoy the ending of the story. They always make me nervous, but you can read more of my thoughts after you finish reading the last of the story.

I’m not even going to try to come up with some cool opening for this update. Why? Because I’m just too tired. So I’ll make a quick update. Chapter Fifty-Three of Starlight is posted. I’ll be honest - it’s not the date chapter. Sorry! But it has some important stuff in it. Mostly just conversations that hadn’t happened before that kind of needed to.
