I’m updating early this week. No particular reason other than I feel sick and this was one of the few constructive things I felt up to bothering with. I was going to make a new theme, but I seem to be a little uninspired in that department. [Edit] I guess I found some inspiration because I made a new theme last night – In My World. [/Edit] In case you hadn’t noticed, I added a new theme a few days ago featuring Eden, Taylor, and baby Hannah. That was inspired by editing Bed of Lies. I also readded the first 10 chapters of that story. Hopefully, I’ll get more of it done this week. Katrina’s keeping me on my toes because she’s already edited a good portion of Happily Ever After Doesn’t Exist, and I’m way behind.

I also added the awards I won. I snagged one runner-up at The Soundtrack Awards for These Walls, and I won quite a few at the Reckless Abandon Awards, so many many thanks to those of you who voted for me. Also, thanks for all of the great feedback on the last chapter of Infinite. I can’t say it enough how much it inspires me to write more when I hear positive things.

I’ve added Chapter Fifteen of Infinite. I know, I know. You were probably hoping for a double update, but I think this chapter is already full of enough. I wouldn’t want to put your poor hearts into overload. The only thing I have to say about it is don’t hate me, please?

You might also notice the changes going on on the hostees page. I have a new one – Eva, and it features her story, A Girl Named Sue, so if you haven’t started reading it yet, I would recommend it. I’ve also been doing a little “house” cleaning, so you might notice a few of my hostees are now gone. I closed 3′s A Charm. Oregano wrote to me a few months back about closing her site, and I only just got to taking it down. So don’t hate me! I didn’t kick her out or anything, I promise. Any others that are no longer on aitp are due to lack of updates and hearing no response from the owner, so that’s just an FYI.

And I keep forgetting to mention the JSOR Zine we have been working on putting together. Right now, we’re still just getting the pieces together, but you can find various forms at JSOR (on the sidebar) for classifieds and shameless plugs and things of that sort, so if you’re looking for a co-writer, editors, hostees, etc take out a classified ad, or if you’re looking to promote your site, fill out the shameless plug form. We’re looking for an early August launch date, so keep that in mind!

To quote Draco Malfoy, if I were any slower, I’d be going backwards. This has just been one of those days where just moving from room to room takes far too much energy. Perhaps staying up until 4 a.m. writing might have something to do with this …

So, anyway, after forcing myself through rereading Chapter Fourteen – not because I disliked the chapter but because, again, it takes too much energy to do anything that requires thinking – I’ve got it formatted and posted. Sorry it’s not a double update. If I’d done that, it would probably be midnight before I got things up.

As always, I want to thank everyone who signed the guestbook. Your messages really do help a lot when I’m writing, and I love hearing what I’m doing right. I’m shocked I can even remember what high school was like at this point because I hated it so much. Anyhow, thanks again to everyone who signed. I appreciate it very much.
