Yes, it’s true. We have another early update. You guys are really unbelievable. After all of the wonderful feedback I’ve been getting from you, I can’t help but be in a good mood. I went ahead and edited Chapter Fourteen of Trash and it is now posted. I’m really so happy to hear your comments, and it’s been really awesome to see some new names along with the familiar ones, so I can’t say this enough – thank you!

As some of you have noticed, we’re getting closer and closer to being finished with Trash. I’ve been working really hard on Starlight. Anyone that’s a member of 100hanson knows I’ve been posting lots of little teasers related to the story. I’m really excited to share it with you, and I know a lot of you are wondering when I’m going to start posting. Hopefully, I can start posting it after next week. I’m going to begin the process of editing soon, but I just wanted to let you know how things were going with that story!

Please continue to let me know what you think of the chapters. It’s definitely given me the extra boost I need when it comes to writing, and thank you again for that! Also, I promised Becca I would remind everyone that nominations are open at Feel What I Dream. So don’t forget to nominate your favorite stories and enjoy the update!

Well, if you’ve visited aloneinthepretense.org any time this evening, you’ve probably noticed some random changes throughout the site. I’ve been working on things for the last few days, and the site if finally XHTML and CSS Valid. If you don’t know what that means, basically, it says that the site is coded correct. Also, I want to note that this site is best viewed in Firefox. It’s what I use, and that’s what I test it in. I’m sure this is probably going to be a long winded update, so I apologize in advance.

First and foremost, I’ve updated the Coming Soon page. There are four stories added to that page. Only two of them link out to their separate pages and have plot synopsis, but the other two should be coming along soon as well. One of them, Solace, you will notice features Silly, so in case you haven’t already guessed, yes, *dramatic pause* there will be a sequel to Infinite. The other story is Starlight. It’s something started at the beginning of the year, and I love it very much so far, and I hope you will too once I start posting it. The other stories are untitled and are collaborations. I’m very excited about both of them as well. I also updated my poems. I took down some of the old ones I didn’t like, and I added some newer ones I’ve been meaning to post.

Hosting is also open, but I’m only offering two spots, so if you’re looking for a host, please fill out the form, and I’m accepting affiliates. You can find the link for that on the sidebar too. I just added two more affiliates – A Million Contradictions and Comfort Zone, both of which are former hostees. :’(

And now for some serious shameless plugging – Great Divide is mine and Nikki’s Hanson forum. Originally, I was setting it up for Nikki, and somehow I wound up a co-owner. I’m not complaining, but registration is only open for a few more days, so please go join while it’s still open. Just Shy of Reality has also got a makeover. The boards have been transferred to XMB and we’re starting over. The book club is back and in a few days we’re going to start the reading. This time we’re going in three month periods with eight stories on a reading list. You can earn points and buy stuff at the “shop” with them, so I hope you’ll take a gander and participate. And my last two shameless plugs are 100hanson, a drabble community. There are already all kinds of drabbles to read in every genre to satisfy your needs. And the other community is Hanmix, which is a Hanfic soundtrack community. I’ve added several of my soundtrack already, so please do check that out.
